General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

WTB a couple of hard cases for two new detectors....

Found some at Walmart.com Should be exactly what I was looking for.

Anybody sitting on one or two nice ones? I need one for my new Edge ID and my new X-Terra 50. I am not sure whether I even want the compact or the long cases. Anybody have any advice? Please email any offers, thanks,

Hey Plugger...... I've seen several guys use archery hard cases for their detectors. Actually, they fit real nice. Walmart has them for under $20. they come padded on one side only, so you may want to buy a bit more foam. Just a thought. HH Randy
 
The price is quite a bit higher, but, that's ok. I bought 3 of them for a total of $155 (delivered, with Calif sales tax), one for each of my detectors. They look great and I like the idea of leaving my rods set up, except for turning the coil flat to the case. They are perfect! They are 43" and that'll take all of my rods, with the coil stem slid inside of the upper rod. And they are 23" wide, so they afford a lot of protection for my meters. And, I can easily get all 3 in the back of my truck. Thanks again for a great idea!

Wish you would have told me that you couldn't get them out there. I could have bought them for you and shipped them to CA. Oh well. At least you got them. Hope they work well for you. HH Randy
