Made a couple of modifications to the X-Terra 50 today, I found I kept getting tangled with the headphone cable, so I made a 90 deg adapter plug for the headphone socket, then made up & fitted a extension cable that I fed down between the handle & foam grip & into the top part of the armrest shaft, feeding the cable through the shaft to the end.
I gently pulled out the end cap, drilled & fitted a headphone socket, now when I put the detector down beside me I don't have the cable laying across where I am digging.
