I got up with my buddy for some detecting today and we searched a schoolyard that we pulled some wheaties and a couple of silver coins out of last year.
We found 3 silver dimes... 1952,1957, and 1958.
My buddy got a nice silver ring and some clad and I got some clad and got a couple of surface finds...one is some junk jewely and the other item looks like it may have been part of a chime.. not sure.
The strangest find today was a foreign coin dated 1921.
It is silver and is a 50 Kopek from the Ukraine... looks like someone had it on a neckless and lost it.
I thought it was a Kennedy half when I first saw it come out of the dirt.
That's what I love about detecting... you never know what that next signal is LOL!!!
Thanks for looking,
Felix

Great day at the school yard Felix. Congratulations on the finds. Beautiful detail on the Ukraine coin. Nice chunk of silver!!! HH Randy
