Are there two different X-terra 705 type of detectors? I ask because on occasion on these forums I see somone making a referrence that he has the 705 Gold Pack. I always thought that using the 18.5 khz on the 705 made it into the Gold Pack. I have the large 18.5 khz on my X-terra 50. Would this work on a 705 and would I then have a Gold Pack 705?

Pretty sure the only difference is that the Gold Pack comes with the 5x10 HF DD elliptical coil and the 705 has the 9" MF concentric coil.

All the X-Terra units (except the 30/305) use all the same coils, so they can be shared between detectors if you have one of each.
The X-Terra 30/305 does not have the 3kHz freq, so these coils can not be used with the detector.
