X-Terra in Beach1 for Park/Home Site Hunting?

Has anyone tried using Beach1 on the X-Terra for park or old home site hunting? I'm thinking that if it works so good on the dry sand in Beach1, it might also be good for coin shooting. Would be interested in hearing your thoughts and or experiences. Thanks
 
I've been meaning to try beach1 in our local park, but I've yet to get around to it. I'm curious as well how it acts.
