X-Terra Test Run

I took my newly aquired X-Terra 50 that I bought from Andy(NM) for a test run in a sand filled play ground. I decided to dig everything that that sounded off. All the targets gave a low tone and registered in the negative.
I'm amazed at how sensitive the machine is at the 7.5 Khz using the 9" coil. I think that once the 18 Khz coil is out, that some nice small golden items will be found by water hunters. I had 3 or 4 targets that were so smallI couldn't find them in the sand. I know this isn't much, but wanted to show how small of targets the X-50 will find

easy to GB in the playground sand? Some brands/models seem to have trouble GB'ing in sand that is very mild, so the user ends up setting the GB to a factory preset.

It ground balanced, but it was aound 3, I was concerned that I was going to run out of adjustments before it did. The X-Terra ran very smooth with sensitivity set at 15. All the hits were very noticable. The target that amazed me was the bb, I could pick it up at 2" The pinpoint works wonderfully, there is no doubt when your over the target, seems to be extra hot for a pinpoint mode. I wished the new coils were out now, I'd like to have a couple different ones to test.
