XP Deus 1 HF coil

I have a xp deus 1 hf coil and when I turn it on the display says it has half a battery on the coil. I have just bought a new battery, charged it till the light started flashing. Any thought on this ?

I have had the same for years ,it’s now o it’s 3rd battery and seems to be holding a charge after a week , I don’t know why battery expire so quickly ,others say continue charging after stopping and starting again to complete a charge

I put a new battery on my 9" HF1 coil when I first bought my Deus used. The lights never seemed to work right for 6-8 charges, then it went to normal, and now, over a year later works as it should.

It always did hold a good charge at first; the lights just didn't act right.

On the remote will it indicate a half charged coil ?
