XP Deus Park settings

Have you watched Gary's and Calabashdigger's videos??
These are a must do for beginners.
I haven't hunted a park in a few years due to the dry weather here in Cali.
When I did hunt them I used Deus Fast program #3.
I would set my disc down a few below the ground reading and ground notch to 85.
Drop my sensitivity to 85.
Sometimes I would notch 96-99 to help with wrap around.
Good luck
Take pictures and show us what you find.

depends on how trashy a park is. generally you want fast reactivity and not a lot of power as you probably won't get deep.
try:
sens: 86
tx :2 or even 1
reactivity: 3 ( when changing reactivity it changes ...... in the expert setting. so make sure you lower that) I can't think of what that is...
find Garys sifter program...
go slow
if you are coin shooting you can raise the notch up to help eliminate so many sounds and only hearing the higher sounds. raising the notch does not affect depth. it just blocks audio from reaching your ears.
GL & HH

For open spaces with light trash I used a modified basic 1. I like to hear it all.

12khz
3 tone
disc 10
iron vol 2
reactivity 2
silencer 1
GB 90
Sens 90-95 (raised to 95 if site allows)
TX 2
Audio Res 4

when I hit high trash I'll add some disc or notching and bump reactivity to 3 and lower sens. I don't like to use 18khz in areas of can slaw since 18khz likes to high tone on it.

( deep coin ) FULL TONES sens 92-93 ,tx 3,reactivity 2, silencer 0, 8 or12 kh ,disc 1 ,notch nothing, audio responce 4 or 5,iron vol 0 does not come into play with full tones.gb to your sites I use the preset 90 in my area. This program will here everything but I believe it will hit very deep coins. I loaded it in my friends machine and he said he hit a quarter at 12 inches and I know it will hit one at 10 inchs in my test garden, this is for lite trash areas. If I was hunting a heavy trash area I would use the sifter program by Gary .

What settings you need are going to change are going to have some bearing based on your location. The high trash program in Andy's book will make a good starting point for your trash park.

If you need additional help send a PM with you location and your exact problems.

Thank you
