XP Deus software

I was thinking, it would be nice if there were. A software program that could be used to create or tweak existing programs. also could be used as a updater for the Deus.
 
So software for your computer. That would let you save your programs so when a new update comes you don't lose them. I find the deus is so easy to program you can do it in a couple of minutes if that. But I see your point..
 
A software program that you could use to program you XP , would allow users to not only save their settings, but could be used to create or copy from other users . There are plenty of the "best" setting floating around the net. I just think it would add a whole new level to the Deus. After all this is cutting edge stuff! It could be tied in to a XP web site where you cloud down setting from the experts to try.
