The icon is waterproof up to 5ft with the stock coil plug.
I have it paired with the deus 2 fmf 9 inch coil compared to the ORX with the 9 Inch HF coil that I bought from DonnaNJ here on findmall not long ago
The icon has selectable fmf multiple frequencies and 3 mono frequencies with the fmf 9 inch coil.
It has multi tone options with both pwm and square, adjustable recovery speed, a notch feature, waterproof to 5ft with the stock coil plug insert, a larger screen, a brighter backlight and you can save 1 profile pattern under each search pattern for a total of 3.
The ORX has selectable mono frequencies, adjustable recovery speeds, fixed non adjustable 3 tones, 4 search patterns with 2 gold and 2 coin profiles and 2 save slots for your preferred settings.
They are in the same ball park in price too.
