XTerra 705 out of stock?

I Thank Minelab is about to come out with a New X-Terra line. Yes they might just be backorder because of sales. Just my though, could be wrong on this one but i don't think so. Everywhere you check 2-3 weeks from getting any if then. Run stock out, then bring the New in.

You're over thinking the situation. Manufacturers don't take dealer's current stock into consideration when they're going to introduce a new model. Minelab, like many manufacturers, probably makes the machines in runs. They more than likely put all of their resources into to new CX 3030 causing back order situation on the X-Terras.

I spoke to a local minelab dealer and he thinks the back order on the 705 is due to mass manufacturing of the new minelab CTX 3030.

I hope this is OK to post here, but I have a preowned 705 unit for sale with less than 10 hours of use. According to the place where I bought it, the original buyer was someone who wanted to find a ring they lost. Well they found the ring returned the detector and I found a used metal detector in this authorized dealer's clearance area. Give me a shout if you are interested. Yes it is a certified Minelab X-Terra 705. It is in like-new condition with only a few scratches on the shaft where they slide together.
