Xterra Straight Rod Question

Wondering if any one has converted the S rod to a straight rod? If so did you notice a balance difference? Good or bad. Thanks Joe

I did change from the S shaft to the straight shaft by merely using the M6 center shaft. Had to drill the shaft 90 degrees to get the proper orientation.
I use this shaft on the 705 and the DFX and it does improve the balance and is a little lighter. This is a less expensive method also.
