Ya gotta see this....

ago up near Grayling, I think it was. That could be the same one. It could have turned out bad

encounter.
I had jist shot a deer and after gutin it i went to find my buddy Rich to help me drag it out.
Rich was high up in a tree stand about a hunnert yards from where i shot my deer.
On my way over to him i came upon a blow down.
I climbed over the trunk righ at the root ball.
While i was climbin over it there was a black bear behind the root ball
diggin into it i spose for grubs 'nat.
Well, i have only my t-shirt on at this time and i'm covered in deer blood up to my elbows. ( literaly)
I rounded that root ball and suprised that bear. It stood straight up mere inches from my face and i literaly felt it blow my smell back into my face.I thot for sure i was gonna be a meal for that bear.
I imediately executed an exit stage left and started haulin azz in the opposite direction.
Right after i start runnin i can hear someone laughin right out loud.
I looked back and i can now see Rich up there in that tree stand laughin like a fool.
What i didn't know was that when that bear and i encountered each other,
it also took off runnin in the oposite direction even faster than me.

Black bears are much more afraid of us than we are of them.
I've encountered them many times in the woods and
they jist wanna be left alone and be able to go away when encountered.

Bears....my absolute favorite animal.

Check out my newest T -shirt
