It appears that the Moderator that did delete your post didn't or doesn't know the forum guidelines for this forum!!!!!!!! He should have read the guidelines at the top of the forum before he deleted the post but he didn't :shrug:

Here they are in brief.

Topics on this forum can be anything that would and could be discussed around the family dinner table, yes, including metal detecting. We kid each other, we enjoy photo edits of each other, we help each other, we share good news / bad news, we brag about our children and grand children, we offer a bit of "lite" political opinion / humor, and sometimes we even post photos of our detecting finds. As fair warning, the majority of this forum participants tend to be more conservative than liberal in their thinking.

Pretty simple if you ask me, if folks want a all Metal detecting forum they need to look at other Findmall Forums, there are many great ones here at Findmall, this forum mixes it up a bit among friends and new comers, all are welcome but like the guildelines clearly say (((( Topics on this forum can be anything that would and could be discussed around the family dinner table )))) and that includes political post because that's what is being discussed around every dinner table these days.

I wouldn't worry about it to much but if it happens again please let me know so I can contact the Guvner because he will take care of it.
