:issue of American Digger Magazine, Tuesday night. I was thumbing through and I saw a picture of a button and the snake portion of a snake buckle. The first two words of the "article" were "Vernon Cross"!!! A Connecticut State Seal Button and the broken snake of a possibly Confederate snake buckle!!! Cooter is in the print again!! Nice finds, Vernon
