Found these 2 coins in my yard along with the usual clad, keys, and junk. A 1941 Mercury dime and a 1904 Indian Head penny.

Sonny..what detector did you use...And I would think this is not the first time you have hunted your yard with different detectors..RIGHT ???

I use an XLT, but there has also been a DFX, Radio Shack, and a Prizm 4 used by my TH partner, my grandson, and my daughter in that order. This time I did not use Tone ID and I believe I found some of the iffy sounds I had passed up before. My TH partner and I are going to go back over some of the spots we have searched in the past and found old stuff and turn off the TID. P.S. Today I picked up a 113 acre farm and another large farm that have houses and outbuildings dating to the mid 1800s. Boy do they look good!!!!!!!!!!!!!
