Yard I have hunted 6 times still gives up the goods!

my aunt has a SMALL city lot and I have hunted it 6 times before, today was 7th time

hunted it 3x with ace250, found 12 wheats, clad....NO SILVER

hunted it 3x with xterra 70.....8 more wheats and clad....no silver

went back today with etrac not expecting much because it is a SMALL yard and I have hunted it 6 times now, pretty well with x-70. I am sure there is silver somewhere there!

First target was a wheat, and another, and another....lol
6 total, then got 2 indians right beside the driveway, a 1941 nickel, and a key. Not bad for a yard I have hunted 6 times!!!!!! the 1900 Injun is amazing, full liberty, 4 diamonds in ribbon, don't dig em much nicer than that!

Nice coins.....hh.......God bless........Dan

Well, Terry, it just goes to show that you just cannot go over every coin and metal and takes more hunting to get over the exact spots missed! That is why going back again and again is important! The 1900 IH is really nice and I love the patina on it! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Gonna hit that yard again????

I am going tomorrow if weather permits! :clapping:

I have a goal of at least one silver and one buffalo........that 1941 nickel today is the first nickel I have dug. And 26 or so wheats, it is odd, no silver or older nickels! I will try again!

Quit posting all those nice finds , you are making me want a Etrac.

n/t

Nice finds Terry. The Etrac is doing a great job. Looking to find my first Indian. Got a lot in my collection, but all have been bought.

Love That IH! Wow! It's easy to see why you made the switch to the Etrac. The X-Terra 70 is a fantastic machine and has amazing capability for the investment but it's no Etrac. You're now in a different world and you can see the difference one machine makes over another. I recently purchased the Minelab Safari and hope my finds will improve as well. Great finds Terry. Congratulations!

went back today, and well 4 more wheats, 1960 nickel, junk ring, pull tabs, thats it! that tiny yard has been hunted, it has been pounded, they are no beeps left! I can truly say that yard did not possess a silver or old nickel. It did however give up 30+ wheats and 2 indians, junk rings clad, and plenty of trash

.....so etrac managed an additional 10 wheats, 2 indians after 6 previous hunt with ace and x70, not bad huh

Very good and the family probably didn't have any silver or old nickels to lose! Only wheaties and Indians...Which the kids might have lost by playing with them or just playing in the yard! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
