YEEEEHAAAWWWW!!!!!

Today I finally joined the ranks of Explorer 2 users!
I have been watching all the stuff you guys are finding and it has been quite the incentive!
After almost a year of horse-trading, I collected enough $ and together with the help of xxxxx at xxxxxxxxxxxx, I finally got one. Well, I ordered it today and will receive it next week, but man am I excited!
Thanks to everyone here on this forum for all their tips and posting of finds!
I will be posting mine when I get it.
God bless and Happy Hunting!

Guess we're excited for you also and when it arrives.
Take your time and try to get to know the machine and what it is telling you. Don't forget there is a classroom forum you can get a lot of info from also.
Good luck and welcome to the Minelab family.......

Maybe some of your local detectorist can give you a head start with the EXP II ???

Hi Pulltabby;
I live in St.Catharines, Ontario.
I have an excalibur and an Xterra30. Had a Sov.XS2 last year but sold it. Also had an XT18000, but found it was too sensitive to use at parks and beaches, so I sold that too.
I have been following the advice given here and have also been reading up in the Classroom. I know it will take me a while to get used to the Exp2, but I am excited to get the opportunity.
Thanks,
MM

Congrats on buying an Explorer-II. The only regrets that you are going to have is that you didn't get one sooner. I hope you have some extra storage space for all the great finds you are about to find with this remarkable machine and the best of luck to you. Welcome to the Explorer Family and try to get yourself an Sun-Ray X-1 Probe as soon as possible. This will increase recovery time and helps recovering items without damaging them.
