yellow rose

Are you still using the Panasonic digital camera? This is a nice photo that you have posted, I like it. I have taken several photos of yellow color flowers, but they have never come out as sharp as this one posted by you. Thanks for posting it, and please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) :)

This is the best that I have been able to do so far. For some reason, yellow color flowers are difficult for me to photograph.

but have not learned how to use it yet. For the past year, I have been using "CompuPic Pro" for cropping my pictures and resizing them for the forum. For some reason, probably lack of brain power.....learning digital photography has been difficult for me.

At the present time, I am learning about brightness, contrast, sharpening the photo. Slowly I am learning how to do some of these things.

Below is a "film photo" of one of our calves that I posted to the computer by using a scanner. I experimented with sharpening the photo and etc. This was my first attempt at using photo software. I must admit that I am having some fun learning digital photography.

I like it Fred, well done. Keep experimenting but stuffing things up you will learn.
Cheers Raoul.
