Yesterday and todays result

Yesterday I was only out a short time and did not get much from the two parks i hunted.
The playgrounds are getting sparse.
Today I hunted a park and got maybe 5 coins and then hit a bus stop.
Half way through I raised the disc much higher and just grabbed dimes,quarters and copper pennies for the most part.
Here are my results....
Quarters........=11=$ 02.75
Dimes...........=39=$ 03.90
Nickels.........=01=$ 00.05
Pennies........=93=$00.93
--------------------------------------
coins----------144=$07.63
1 penny was a 1956 wheatie and I also recovered a pocketwatch with NO guts.

From the way your describing the discrimination technique I bet you were using a vaquero ! Awesome hunt anyways:tesoro:

Man Jim,i could live on the coins you bring in each day!You really been hitting it hard! The golden seems to be doing good for you.Keep finding some good spots to hunt.WTG :wiggle:

actually I was using my cibola that i had modded by adding a ground blance and the 5 inch coil

39 dimes, man thats alot of dimes.

As I said it is a bus stop. About 60 feet long and about 8-10 feet wide. This is between the sidewalk and a parking lot for an Albertsens.
They often turn a cart over to sit on. There are at leat 60 coins still there but most likely zincs. As I said I got tired and turned my discrim on a lot higher grabbing the dimes and a few quarters.
There are 3 more bus stops within 200 feet. It is a pretty wide corner.
My only regret is that I'd prefer an outlaw or a bandidi. The difference in battery life is a major issue to me.

WOW a spot so loaded you cant dig it all . nice. but we all have our limits
