Still recovering from a cold and all the hot days. This cold is just hanging on and wants to stick around like I am a new found friend. It seems as though I just don't have the stamina to do some long hunts. I was out only 2 hours and I had to go home. Just couldn't stay there digging. There was plenty of targets to dig. I had to walk away. Thanks for looking and Happy Trails...... Z.

Not to mention the rest of the stuff I'm sure you dug...in 2 hrs, thats some excersize my friend...I dont care who you are, 2hrs of concentrating and deep knee bends is a work out! Hope you get better, try breathing warm salty water up your nose, it sounds wierd, but works for me. Good huntin' Zeek!
Mud

Ya Mud had a pouch full of junk. I seem to be able to get to around 70 coins before I really start to get tired. That is ok because I can always go back the next day. Which I did and just posted. Thanks Mud. Happy Trails....Z

Saline water snuffed up the nose is a excellent remedy. Washes the viruses out. They like to reside in the nasal cavities. Technique is old as hell.....ignored for decades by medical community in favor of nasal decongestants........now again being recommended by medical community. Just look up 'how to make normal saline' on Google to get the recipe for proper salt to distilled water ratio.

I was a navy corpsman.......its safe to use.....if you make the normal saline correctly........or you can buy normal saline drops at the pharmacy. Hope ya get better soon.

And congrats on the finds.....impressive for a sick guy.....and only 2 hours hunt time.

Terradigger I knew you would come thru for me again with an alternative. I will try next time my 1 to 3 year cold comes. I use MMS drops. 3 drops in the morning in cherry juice. Have been doing that for some time now. I just upped the drops to 4 in the morning 3 days ago and got up this morning feeling great. Come to think of it I wasn't feeling bad yesterday neither. Thanks Terradigger for the info.....Happy Trails to you.....Z

So sorry Mud that was very cruel of me to not give you credit for coming up with the idea of the salt water first. And here I am thanking Terradigger for the suggestion. Reading on the computer has made me a faster reader but I don't think I understand it better or as well when I would read slower. I guess another time when faster isn't necessarily better.
Thanks Terradigger. Sorry Mud again.... Happy Trails to you all......Z

Not to be an alarmist. There is a amoeba that is killing people........its rare.....here is an excerpt from news story.....

"The two most recent cases were also linked to swimming in warm, fresh water, where N. fowleri thrives, but news reports said the Louisiana man contracted the infection after flushing his sinuses with tap water."

So if one is going to use saline water to clean nasal passages....please use store bought pharmaceutical grade normal saline.

Always something:(
