Our club had our monthly hunt yesterday at the old scout camp and it was a great day. I think there were twelve of us there, the weather was perfect and we all had a great time. I didn't get the final silver coin count, but I know that we pulled over twenty pieces of silver including two barber halves and two barber dimes as well as other items. My count was a 1912 barber half, four mercs 1923, 28 and two 43's, a 1960 Canadian silver quarter, wheaties were a 31, 42, 43, 50 and a no date, three no date buffs, two 1901 V nickels, a Seattle World's Fair token and a nice silver ring. I think this place might be running a little dry, but like they always say, a place is never hunted out.........
I'll take a day like this anytime........
Thanks for looking and HH.
