Back at my favorite empty lot, same one I found the Token I posted last about, which is hard as cement....Gotta dig proper with the sampson for sure.....Tons of trash all thru this place. Got several bits of lead, some pul tab finger hole parts, a rusty nut or 2 and then I get this good tone, not sure of the numbers as I am forcing myself to only use tones, anyway, I dig about 6" doen and find a pocket watch cover/door, ok will soak it and see if anything good, rescan and get another signal, different but still good, so I dig a bit more, nothing, dig more, nothing, dang signal still in hole, I widen it, then angry Jim tells my brain "F IT", I stand up as the wife comes over and asks if I am diggin to China, I explain I can not find the dang thing and I give it one last scoop of dirt and BAM, signal gone......Well that means it is liberated from the hole, I run the GPP over the mound and it tells me to grab a hand full of dirt "HERE!".......
I grab some dirt, GPP said I have it, I do this bounce thingy to sift dirt thru the fingers and then I see a black round edge, raise my hand to show the wife and she grabs it, WHAT!?! he that is my dang round thingy that I dug and dug and dug for......Now in reality, I say "what is it baby?" (yes total wimp out). She says it is a coin 1854.....
WOW!! Cool, I ask if I can see MY COIN! lol
