Three nice military buttons and one pitted 1876 Indian Head Cent. We have a whole new computer system and are still learning it as you can see by the picture we didn't get the indian in this one. Will try again now that we know what were doing.[attachment 17775 resize11.JPG]

Those buttons look exceptional and that Injun is pretty decent too. All the buttons and Indians I find look like 5 miles of bad road. :cry:
 
Your correct in the buttons being in good condition, all I had to do was use a little soap and water with a toothbrush on each one of them and then I use a small toothbrush size brass brush on them lightly. The Indian for some reason when under fir trees turn out pitted and eaten. Must be the toxicity of the soil around these type of trees.
 
Those are some great finds. Too bad about the Indian Head Penny, but that is better than nothing.
