Went out agian to a local walking path that leads to a park area , and stated sweeping the tot lot .. it was bone dry there not even a penny in site , so with all my thoughts gatherd from thinking there is a local sweeper that lives close by next to this park . i started beeping around the park and found some coinage , then i crossed the bridge and sweeped the walking path found about 54 cents and then i hit a goofy signal
next to this big tree it , the notch jumped from 1c , 50c , 10c so dug it anyways and long beholds this rock , PICTURE AT THE BOTTOM
and its friend the round thing next to it .. im not really sure what it is .. i tryed to see if it is magnetic ... its not but it picks up on the pointer
and the 250...????? so i want to see if you guys know what it is ...and i pulled this copper or iron ring from the ground not sure what that is eather thanks guys

Quite interesting. Most probably just a hot rock/ore, etc. Both of which would make the Ace and pinpointer signal. If you had a Scorpion or a Master Hunter you could do an ore test to find out. I doubt that it's a meteorite because it's not magnetic, but you never know until you have it analyzed. I have no idea of the expense involved. Hard to tell just from looking at pics. Possibly just some old corroded metals? Quite interesting nontheless. Good luck in determining its makeup. I hope you have a million dollar find! Keep us posted! Happy Hunting!

hey if its a million dollar rock ill buy a new WHITES VISION i would like that ...no :ranting:.. i wouldnt touch that .. ill stick with garrett all the way ..

You might get your answer at a web site for rockhounds called McRocks. Go to this link www.mcrocks.com. Alot of knowledged individuals on there and a few geologist as well. That is my second haunt besides this site. From what I can see it seems to have a blue/green color which could mean it has copper in it. Where do you live? That might help determine if you are in an area that has copper ore present.

The great lakes region is known for its copper mines and such!

Good luck.

Hey if you find a big enough piece you can have them cut and make really cool book ends and other neat items with them.
