Hi all,
We had a night away to another beach close by in our camper,I snuck the MD in just in case,well what a coincidence
the tide was out and the sea was dead flat,I managed to pick up a few coins and bits.As I was walking along a couple shyly
approached me and asked if I could find his wedding ring, as it had fallen of his finger.No sweat to the xterra found it in around
5 minutes, they went away with big smiles.20 minutes later I get a good 24tid and plucked out the 18kt mens wedding ring
and yes I now do believe in karma.....thanks

Gidday jreb,
It hit a solid 24, no mucking around or bouncing, around 4" deep,sens at 17.Sure is a buzz to find gold.

Great story, it makes you feel good to help someone out like that. I had a neighbor lose a silver charm that she bought at the Vatican and it had great sedimental value, it took me about an hour, but I found it. I didn't have the same luck that you did, but I got as huge hug and some of the best chocolate chip cookied I ever ate ... LOL
