:yo:1916-S Merc and 1917 Wheatie

I had a chance today to hunt the park that I found the 1907 Injun and those teen wheaties.:detecting: All the old coins that I have here are no newer than 1925 except for one 1961 Rosie. This part is low lying ground so all the rain we have had has this ground real moist. :super: Had a good signal at around 7 inches. Dug it and out popped this nice 1916-s Merc. :clapping: I also found this 1917 Wheatie about four feet from the Merc. I can't believe that this particular part of the park is holding these old coins. Going to hit it again this weekend.

Keep Diggin!!!

Anytime you find Silver in a Park, you know it hasn't been pounded to death yet. Hope you find many more great finds when you get back there this weekend and work this area of the Park. Good Luck and HH to you.
