You guys think business is bad where your at. The County I live in was voted #1 in the country on Forbes worst place to do Business. Jackson Michiga

We used my dwindeling 401k to go in partners with a friend and buy a bowling alley  I'm still looking for work but at least my wife has job security :cheekkiss:
Funny thing is, the worse the economy the better the alley does, it's a small budget luxury to go bowling and have some great food when you can't afford gas to go out of town for bigger entertainment. If I can ever get another decent job then we're covered on both ends of the economy extremes.

I don't think I can still throw a ball (Legs) They Crack like you threw a Strike but I mite get some Fattening Food---That was something I used to like to do years ago when there was a Bowling Alley in Ridgefield---I used to set pins when I was in school; Back when they were done by hand !

a pain!

The last guy took us for about $4000 in back rent plus when we checked the place the wiring had been stripped out of the garage and others items were missing.

We were going to sell it but in Michigan even a beautiful house on a awesome deep fishing lake is worth about the price of a good coon dog today.

My son-in-law's father is a realitor and he said houses on one of Michigan's most expensive lakes are now worth about 1/2 of what they were two years ago.

Now my house up there just sits empty and I sweat paying the taxes. Oh, by the way, the loss in house value had no affect on taxes!

My brother worked at the Aberdeen saw mill for 35 years and just barely was able to get retirement when it shut down.
