think he had his seat belt on? Bet the police cited the wheelchair guy for not having his seatbelts on.
 
He must have a good wheel chair to travel 50mph. When I push Brian's wheel chair to fast the small front wheels start vibrating very fast and become unstable, but I guess if your hooked to a big truck bumper you would be pretty stable.

Brian will get a kick out of this!!
 
it was one of those expensive ones that is motorized! They showed the tires tonight they were ruined by the ride!
 
they say it was likely the seatbelt that saved him!
