Drove that car home today. Stopped at a store close to the house and when I came back out and started up the car sounds like a rod is knocking. Called the salesman right away and I'm going to take the car back to one of there other dealerships in the morning. Hope it makes it there and I think it will. Going to take the slow roads and baby it. He will give me my check back as is hadn't been put in the mail yet. They do have a 2003 Impala with 40,000 miles on it and I'll take a look at that one. It also will get about 27 to 28 MPG on the hiway. My sister and I rented one like that when my brother was in the hospital in San Francisco in 2003 and I like the car fine. One good thing is it happened right away and didn't wait til I was on my way to ILL to get the tags for it. Somebody up there likes me.

Yes, God loves us and takes care of us and He is watching over you....that is for sure! I hope and pray the other car works out just fine! Our Lord is good, so keep the faith and give Him praise and glory in all things! Amen! Ma Betty

Good thing we have a Father who watches out for us and knows things before we do. Praying for the safe trip to the dealership.

Where is the big van? Hope it all works out and you get a good one! Some of us down here like you also!

The salesman was able to get the paperwork back as it hadn't been sent in because of the Holiday. They have a 2003 Chevy Impala there that only has 40,000 miles on it and is a V6 that will get about 27 Mpg or maybe a little more on the Hiway. I'll take a look at that and if it passes the test drive I'll probably buy that one. A little more money but those things last over 200,000 miles if you take care of them.
