Can I charge the unit after each time out, or should I wait until the light starts flashing.

You can charge he unit as often as you like. You don't have to wait until the unit tells you the batteries are low.

I have the Z-Lynk Transmitter and when I recharge it the red light doesn't go out isn't it suppose to got out when it's recharged?

I'm going to say yes. Both my transmitter and headset lights turn off after an overnight charge.

I have noticed my units take 6 to 8 hours to fully charge. Once charged lights are off.

I charged mine up for the first time and after a few hours of checking, the lights were still on.

Went to bed, came back the next morning and the lights were off. So it does take some time.

Can you use just the transmitter with a set of blue tooth headphones from another co?
