this time I was using my XP ORX metal detector with the HF 9" coil and had the frequincy set to 50 KHZ the earing rang up on the screen as a 74 VDI number , I was pleased to see the 925 marking , other finds where two nickles and some trash

Iv ben working on an old house site now that the bugs are gonners, Looking for the old dumps , doing some detecting and finding old cut nails and cast iron kettles,and so far one 1979 cladd quarter, but I know it takes time ,Occasionally i hit a sports field
