I borrowed an E800 and took it to an old church that was built in the early 1800's. Here you have to dig iffy signals and I pulled the reale out at almost 9". It is a Carlos 4th, 1806, think it is 1/2 reale but I can't tell the mint mark.. I have found larger Spanish silver but none this small.. Can you give me more info on it? . HH Richard

Wow! That’s a beauty!! Where is this church ? 🤭😂

Good job with the borrowed machine. Silver is always exciting ... Especially old spanish. A Realle is on my bucket list. Congrats. HH

I borrowed it from a friend... I am selling it for him.. Believe it or not, I detect mostly with used equipment because when I open a new one and use it, it is no longer new... Thanks Richard
Just like taking it for a test drive LOL Now you can honestly say look what I just found with it, should be worth more right?

Nice find my first silver was a 1881 Canadian half dime good start!
Mark

That is a very nice find. I would have had to catch my breathe after digging that up.

Curious. What Vdi number did you get? Can you test it now in the air? I suspect it might test like a zinc penny or at least lower than an American silver dime. Thanks.
