Deus II - Stuck on "Upgrade" Screen

Hi all-

I upgraded from 2.0 to 4.1. Seemed successful but then got confused as to whether I needed to update the headphones. I did what I thought was right - connect the headphones to the laptop and run "upgrader" again and now the remote is stuck on "Update" screen. Even "Force Start" isn't doing anything. Anybody here that can offer some advice?

Update - finally got it out of "update" screen by shutting down every window and restarting the laptop. Went back into the utility, restarted the update and the re-install went fine.

Next question: Do I need to update the headphones and pin pointer?

So you are using a single cable ? Not the 3 way cable used to charge remote, charge coil snd charge hesdphones…..you can’t use that!

I was using the 3 way and it didn't work. I switched to the single cable and now it updated the headphones. Thanks!
