    I hope you’re right about a certain tone for silver in this set up. But I doubt it. Even Minelab didnt know that the Explorer 2 had a Werble bird sound. Folks in the field found it.

    I understand that because I want them but really don’t get put much. So may not be a good idea. I went back to version two for the remote and headphones. I left version 3.1 on the back phones but I haven’t gotten to the beach yet.

    I understand but I am happy that we can go back to other versions. I recently went back to version2.0 from 3.1. The HF2 coil gave higher tones on very small bits of aluminum that i thought were good targets but weren’t.
