    Yes, I found google image search and similar plates came up. They were made in England between 1850 to 1930 with a Dutch theme that was popular at the time.

    My guess is probably not curved when it was hammered out by the maker

    Some research says 1850 to 1900. Either used for hanging over fireplace or an ornament for a fireplace box.
