If you lived near Ocala, Florida and.......

...wanted to take a trip to the east coast to do some water detecting, where would you go? I'd like to find a place that is kind of off the beaten path where I could not only detect but also set up a tent and camp over night. To me, it sounds like a great way to spend a couple of days. I'm not...

Anyone go from using the E-Trac to using the T2 SE?

I'm seriously considering a T2 SE. Because of shoulder problem's the E is just a little too heavy for me to swing very long. Had an F75 and really enjoyed it's light weight. Any thought's or experiances on the matter? Would I be losing out on doing this? Thanks-CC

 Haunted Pro-Pointer's ? :yikes:

I just recently returned a brand new Pro-Pointer because It was always sounding off on it's own accord. Not sure if Garrett repaired or replaced it but the replacement is starting to do the same thing? Works okay but sometimes and for no good reason, it just starts signalling in rapid...

    Which waterproof headphone's for Infinium?

Hi everyone. I've got a new Infinium and am trying to decide which waterproof headphone's to buy to use with it. I'm trying to decide between the Garrett and the Gray Ghost's. Was wondering about the Peltor's too but I'm not sure if they are even available for use with the Infinium. What brand's...

Can I adjust setting's on the E-Trac with the coil removed?

I've been wanting to hook it up to my computer to make adjustment's etc. but I'm not sure if I can do it with the coil removed? Too much metal, electronic's and stuff to leave the coil attached. Thanks for any help. Crispy Critter

Disc./Pinpoint switch on my new Excal. ll clicking and "clunking"?

Hello fellow treasure hunters, I recently got my new Excalibur ll. Used it twice and it seems to work fine but I have noticed one thing though. Sometimes, when I turn the Disc/Pinpoint knob, I'm hearing and feeling in the handle, the normal click along with a strange clunk. It will do the...

Laugh and joke all you want but I am here to tell you that the machine is all the Manufacturer claims and then some! I took the plunge and purchased one about a month ago and have since been going back to sites that have been literally pounded to death with every machine made and have...

No deeply buried, old, coin finds?

Been doing alot of searching here on the forums but have yet to see any posts by "anyone" finding deep, old, American (No offense intended John Edmonton) coins or relics with the Infinium. I realize that this really is not the right forum for posting finds but it does seem to be where most of...

Garrett Seahunter Mark II or Tesoro Sandshark?

I've got a new E-Trac coming soon but I'm wanting to get a PI detector to use for detecting both on land and in the water {fresh and salt}. I like the price point of these two detectors (especially after buying the E-Trac...lol!). I'm hoping that there might be someone here with experiance...
