    I’m wondering if trying to fasten/ wrap the cable on the shaft in a different manner might help. Might be worth a try… Strange it only acts up on your 700.

    Jim, I believe you told me this when I bought the coil from you, but forgot. Does not seem to be as bad on my 800…..at least what few times I have used it. Seems to work fine on the OP’s 600 too. Must be due the upgrades on the 700 and 900. Good information in case I try it on my XTP.

    Very interesting finds there Dav! Great research on the items too! Those IH’s and the V nickel held up in the ground well too.. I agree on the spoon being an old one…..fantastic find!

    This is an odd issue…. Maybe others have had similar issues and can help. Early on I seem to recall some were having issues with the 6” coil on the 700 or 900.

    I was really impressed !!!

    That little 6” coil has done well for me. Heck I have even used it in open sites due to it being a light and done well with it….just have to move slower.

    I still carry change and deal mostly with cash, but I realize not many carry either anymore. I still check each Coinstar machine I pass by too.
