    exchanging clad coins for cash

    Have you tried using a coin machine found in some supermarkets (in the US at least) to exchange found coins for cash? I don't know if the machines use some kind weight sensor, or metal detector, or what, but it seems like it could work...

    most valuable find to date

    Granted, I've only had the Deus for about a month. I found this iPhone 4S in dry beach sand. It sounded just like buried beer cans in the area. It was already wiped remotely, and booted up to the new phone configuration screen!

    Question on the XY Screen

    Please someone post when you know if the XY mode is still available. That mode is extremely useful to me to eliminate highly conductive bottle caps, which otherwise appear to be quarters. In XY mode it is easy and obvious to see the difference. I hope it is still there...
