    Curious about something......

I was in Australia in 1983 thru 1986. I didn't think about metal detecting then. What kind of Garrett Detectors were going around back then? What kind of garrett detectors and other brands, were good in the USA? When I came home from down under I bought an old van and traveled around the USA...

What about the Infinium Ls detector. At 96 frequencies I imagine it must rival many of the other gold nuggett detector down your way. Been thinking about the GMT but now I hear about the infinium! Any information would be appreciated. Katz

    A question please....

I was reading Garretts little book on treasure hunting and noticed one of the detectors he was using was an infinium. I then found a copy of a DVD showing the infinium in action. I sounds like an incredible machine. The DVD said it was both land and sea going. Why don't we hear more about this...

    A question about gold and....

On the MXT forum I asked the following question and got this answer regarding gold .2 to 4 grains Question: If the MXT at 14 khz can pick up gold that small then what is the point of the GMT operating at 50khz? Answer:Because the MXT will only barely make a sound on that size of gold and the...
