    Yes, same experience with D1, D2 and a lot of other machines. All depends on the size and shape of the silver items. Small kids silver rings will often read in the zinc penny range. Silver charms , earrings, bracelets, chains, toe rings... they all read different. I found a nice silver...

    I'd stick with the excal for water hunting in saltwater. I used both the deus 2 and 900 last summer and did ok but my buddy used the excal all summer. He smoked me and everyone else. Lots of guys here have 900s. Im thinking about getting another excal . They just seem to work better in...

    Golds up just sold a 24k ring I found

    Great find ! I have water hunted since 1995 and only found 1 24K. (this year) I've found some 22k's and quite a few 18K's . I must live in 10K country because that's what most of mine usually turn out to be. (not complaining) Keep up the good work.

    Deus 2 and 4khz.

    I have both D1 and D2. I like the D1 better in 4 Khz, it just seems to work better to me. I seldom ever use the D2 in single frequency .

    Anyone ever find a dated watch fob ? I found one a few days ago. It reads "Texas Industrial Congress ..San Antonio". It's dated 1910. I've found several watch fobs but never one with a date on it until now.
