    Coal mine find.

    I detect around lots of old coal mines (in Pa.)in my area and am actually an old coal miner myself and have never seen anything that resembles that. I am very curious to see if it can be identified

    Agree. I think is ridiculous that you pay $1500+ for a detector and it doesn’t come with a printed manual ! My aging eyes find it much easier to read a manual than reading a downloaded manual on a iphone or computer. I guess I’m just old school. lol

    Try using the high conductor mode and turning all metal off . Also .. Try purchasing a printed Manticore manual( ebay or Amazon) or download the pdf and it will explain how to discriminate anything you want . Good luck 🍀
