A couple hints can’t get out too long hit my local beach got a very worn Barber 1892 old merc two Rosie’s.
Stopped at a old restaurant stop on the side of the road where I found a beautiful 1835 capped bust half dime a few years back I worked it slowly with my D2 got the worn 1917 mercury then I hunted along the woods edge and a chain link fence had a decent signal and dug the 1944 Washington checked the hole and the 1944 mercury was with the quarter!
One lone wheat penny also.
