    3 site hunt

Nice! My last three site hunts and so little clad it wouldn't bust a dollar. I'm having the most terrible detecting year so far - almost want to have the wife throw coins around me now.

    Sunday Hunt

wow your one Sunday hunt beats all my 2024 so far coin wise & ring wise & ear part accessory :geek: but I found a load of junk. I have a plate full of rusty nails and a hand full of tabs to add color to the rust pile. Oh, and a couple of crusty leaking AAA batteries. And a bobby pin in good...

Anyone have an idea what make, model and year vehicle this hood emblem came off?

Well I was thinking right that it didn't fall off the Starship Enterprise :censored:

Picked up another Beep and Dig

And another thing with a lot of the new-fangled detectors is having a built-in rechargeable battery. I'm fine with more common batteries I can charge externally, and take along spares if needed so I could pop em in and go instead of plugging a cable to the detector to recharge. And another thing...

whats the best detector you ever had

Not sure I can say best but years ago I bought new in the box 6000/Di Pro. I've had my most and best finds with it but that's because before I bought it all I had were used beat up detectors BFO, TR's and finally just pulled the trigger for a new White's. Most & best finds because I back then...

    LRP <> Liberator

The Liberator - didn't need it or really want it but for the price couldn't pass as just something extra to throw in my order.

Picked up another Beep and Dig

lol:ROFLMAO: You gone on the Beep & Dig binge. I can relate to that. I have the most fun with Beep & Dig. No menu fiddling around. I use both but seems when I swing a TID I want to go back and grab the Beep & Dig. No menu's and just flat out works. Now I'll just grab my ol Compadre and/or...

    Monday in the park

I been doing terrible in tot lots. Seems someone been beating me before my turn. Most of our schools are getting fenced in. You done better in one day compared to my half dozen trips this year.

    Lucky day

Very nice! (y) I been having a terrible year so far - might have to think about one of my old tucked away spots if this don't get better. And if they don't, maybe take a shovel just to keep me rested upright...

Wife dug a great trade token

    That's a nice token - I like it! (y)

    LRP <> Liberator

Thanks - I was hoping I didn't miss something else. The Liberator seems a swell deal with the price reduction as long as it last - hard to pass needed or not could be an extra loaner/trunk machine.

Meter trouble with vintage White's 6000/di series 3

I don't know but seems if the meter works in all but the GEB Disc. maybe the GEB switch/knob or wiring to/from at that position? I had a 6000/Di Pro and it was my 1st bought brand new in the box detector after a handful of used low tech stuff. Was a huge jump for me at the time. Found lots of...

    Sentimental Detector

Good story. A friend recently says he has a Spectrum XLT and it has been put away for years and now he's thinking about breaking it out since he got some more land and finding signs on it which got him thinking about his ol detector.

    LRP <> Liberator

Was poking around and see the Land Ranger Pro looks like the same as the Teknetics Liberator, difference is the face plate scheme and Price. Right now a big price difference but is there anything else different between the two?
