    Call Whites with the s/n to make sure the machine is legitimate. You can do the reset over the phone (with whites). I believe the process is also posted somewhere on the Whites forum.

    I can't help with the issue you are having with your headphones (I don't know the answer to that question). I can tell you that I use the Spectrasound wireless headphones with my V3i. I like them very much and wish they worked with my other machines. They work great in mixed mode stereo.
