    Daniel that is strange. Minelab says the coils are compatible. I know both my 6 in and stock coils work interchangeably with my 8 & 900. Did you try a factory reset on the 900 ? Keep us posted. Mark

    What software is on new unit being shipped currently?

    Choppa.my understanding is 1.13 is strictly an update for smooth pairing for the Accupoint to the Nokta headphones. I don't believe their has been any performance enhancements.

    New coil

    While somewhat new to the Legend I have been keeping with the stock programs other than lowering Iron filter and Recovery to 4 the LG24 runs smooth and quiet and has no problem hitting clean targets at 7 + inches. For now it will be the go to on the Legend.

    Not correct, the mount is different. The Manticore has the ears on the lower shaft.

    Sounds like you might be on a trashy piece of ground. Try changing locations. The 800 for me has always run pretty stable. Things you can try, make sure your cable connection is secure.
