    using pinpoint button under water?

    Has anyone had a leak issue using the pinpoint or any button under water? I find it hard to believe that Garrett would let a problem like that go without a fix. jerry

    AT PRO SUBMERGED ?

    Has anyone actually had one submerged for several hours with no leaking problems? I am looking to snorkel in 4 to 5 ft of water.Will I have to fight to keep detector under water? Thanks Jerry

    add pinpoint toggle switch to cz 5 ?

    I was thinking of changing my pinpoint button to a toggle switch on the side of detector because i chest mount due to weight. I use 10" coil which is kinda heavy. I think it is a simple two wire switch. Does anyone know if it's a pain to get to the pinpoint button? Has anyone else done this...

    cz-5 upgrade to cz3d?

    I bought a cz-5 that has been upgraded Tom D to cx3d specs. Can someone tell me if the salt/normal switch is now used for the enhanced/normal switch now. Air testing and buried coin is getting slightly more depth in salt mode. take care Jerry

    cz 5 autotune

    Hi all, Was bench testing cz 5 10 inch coil in disk mode able to id dime at 13 inches. I switched to autotune and lost signal at 8". Is this normal not to get as much depth in autotune/all metal ? I've been detecting since 1977 and have found all my detectors got best depth in AM mode...

    I am about to trade my1 year old Fisher gold bug dp wt 2 coils for a cz 5 wt 3 coils. I had the cz 5 back in 94 and it worked good. My question is how well has this detector held up over the years and if I need a part will I be able to get it ? Thanks Jerry
