    You'll like the new 7 or 900 Chuck. Like the minelab tones way better and not wanting to learn new machine but their pretty close performance wise. If i never used either and researched them both i know it would be the legend. Hard to beat the deals on them.

    I don't like thinking about the 800 release but the manticore or lack of is pretty familiar. I'm sure the 900 telescopic, water tight, lighted unit is cool but so's the Legend. I say if you want a fixed 800 buy the legend, if you want an EQ 800 2 get a manticore.

    Try suing anything in china, they dont care. The CCP has their back. If Notka did reverse engineer SMF they pretty much are thieves. Half the price for a third of the work.

    It's a hobby related condition, thanks for coming out of the closet! Laying pipe i did that 20 times a day! Fall clean up really aggravated it. Dig a hosta scan the ground.

    I'm calling it the MAYBEMORE till solid reports come out. Only news i've heard lately is it will have the new bluetooth and the ML-80's will work with it. If that's the case you can use any BT phones or buds you want.

    The Legend has made my mind up!!

    I've got an old out of warranty M/L 800 I'm afraid to dunk but love the dang thing. I'm either getting a new 800 pod or a legend. The Legend deals are REALLY looking good!

    Has Anyone Ever Painted There Coils

    I have the coiltek 5x10 now. Thought about a bead of silicon around the lip of the cover (inside top) and let harden to see if it would grab better. Even with zip ties there is a gap so I'm sure it would fill with dirt/sand especially water hunting.
