    14 Wheat

    Went to a secluded old Farm House and only found One Penny but it seems it is one of the rare 1914s. I can not see a Mint Mark so I am betting it is not the 1914D which is the most rare. The Back is almost smooth. It was at least 8" down and found it with the Etrac using a Sunray 8" coil.

    I just checked and my RD is set on around 40 is that too low. I know that any lower and it starts to affect the signal.

    Tony it is Greek to me as well. My ground hits at +93 but my percent of noise is always pretty low.

    Somebody please correct me if I am wrong but I think most people try to run the V3i or VX3 real quiet instead of high Sensitivity where you don't get those jumpy one way false signals.

    Just switched my VX3 from Coins to Coin & Jewelry. I gained 4" at least of depth on a Nickle. I wrote down the settings and applied them all to Coin and everything is still the same no depth on Nickle at all. Switched back to Coins and Jewelry and it comes back.
