Rain/dust cover for the Racer when it launches. Faceplate button type.

Now that it is winter up here in the north, there is not much to do other than think about detecting. Unless of course a Nor'easter storm tears up our coast and the old coins show themselves for a bit. Anyway, is it safe to assume that the Racer will have an environment cover for the meter and...

PLEASE Garrett. Drop us a hint about the Master Hunter AT-PRO

Some fine feature filled machines coming out of Turkey, and tax returns are right around the corner. When will Garrett kick the GTI 2500 to the curb and bring us the Master Hunter AT-PRO. HH Jason

Any chance of getting depth displayed in inches on the upcoming Racer?

Seeing how the Fors has multiple language display options but the depth reading is stuck in centimeters, is it hopefully possible that the Racer will display target depth in inches as well as centimeters. Thanks Jason

A suggestion in regards to the Racer design.

I am very impressed with Nokta. I like how you guys came out of the blue and are disrupting the market. I noticed the trigger which I assume is for pin-pointing on the upcoming Makro Racer metal detector. I think it would be beneficial to add some type of a rubber boot or sheath over the entire...

I just want the Fors Core, coil cover, and environmental cover set.

Can the Core, a coil cover, and dust cover set be purchased separately? I don't see the dust cover sold desperate at KCo. Thanks. Jason

The Sovereign GT proves it is worth holding on to.........again

Every year around fall I start to see the new machines coming out and I get the itch to retire the GT and see if I need something else. And every year I take my GT out to an old pounded site for a last hurrah. It is Like I am taking a sick dog for its last walk behind the shed. Then BAM! out of...

Starting to hear that the Cazador is a no go.

Was reading another forum and heard some rumblings that the Cazador will not be happening. I hope Tesoro is not having $$ problems. Fingers crossed that it ain't true.

Alternative method to mount GT to pole assembly.

Has anyone figured out a way to mount the GT control box to the pole assembly without using the stock mounting bracket. Personally I think the mounting bracket with It's plastic release tab is the weakest link on the GT. Yes I know that one can get a new bracket, but I was wondering if anyone...

Going on my 7th year with the GT. How long will you continue with a GT ?

So many times due to winter blues/cabin fever I get the itch for a new machine and almost sell my Sovereign GT. I have it all tricked out with plugger custom parts, Ron's 180 meter, Sunray probe, Sunray S-8,10x12 SEF, multiple lower rods, and an extra full pole assembly and arm rest so all I...

Does Garrett still manufacture coils compatible with a Grand Master Hunter CX3

Thanks in advance for an answer? Also do you think Garrett would tune a CX3 up if sent to them or is the CX line to old for them to even bother? Jason

Tesoro and after market brand coil questions.

What S.E.F "butterfly" coil will work with an outlaw and a vaquero. Do they both use the same S.E.F butterfly coil? Also. When Tesoro advertises some of their coils as widescan, does that mean it is a double D coil? Thanks in advance Jason

What does a metal detector company need with tactical night vision? Perhaps some new ground breaking screen id is coming soon from Fisher. Here...

cashing clad at the coinstar machines.

By no means do I consider myself a clad hunter. In saying that I do find allot and have it piling up in jars. Most of my clad is dirty and was wondering if they will be accepted by the coin star machines. Thanks in advance. HH Jason
