    Great Quote from Uncle Willy.

" Some folks couldn't operate an electronic nose picker without plucking out a three pound booger." Sure miss him.

Looking for a good used explore.

Thinking about getting one. Had one years ago. I'd like another one I think.

I also had a great deal with Pulltab

Yeah like Jimz said "Just had a great experience with a purchase I made from pulltab. He made me a great deal on a coil that I was looking for and the shipping was so quick I could hardly believe it." :super: Couldn't have said it better. Thanks Pulltab.

So I got that omega v4 that's was listed.

A lot of reviews said it's a fun detector to use. Fun. Yeah. And I can't wait to play with it this weekend at the ranch. Of course my hunting buddies (I call em the Garrette Brothers.) will be there also scrutinizing every swing I make with it I'm sure. If you watch the classifieds you...

    Relax. Percy is here.

I think most folks here already know that Percy is a great guy to deal with. His trade arrived arrived super fast and, well it all went very smoothly.

Got a XLT I might wanna trade.

I get this wild hair every now and then to trade my current detector for something else. I don't know why. I've had my Jeep for seven yrs. My Ford Ranger for ten years. A bicycle hanging in the garage for twenty yrs and I even still have my original wife of 34 yrs who's watching TV in the...

XLT finds the goods. Trying to get back into it . Detecting that is. XLT seems like a good rebegining machine. Like to get my hands on a decent pair of headphones and a Royal 800!!

    Another sweet find at work.

It's not the most glorious job but the benefits are good. Jumped in checkstand 2 to thin out the lines and I spotted this set off to the side of the drawer. I been at this job for 25yrs now and I have accumulated a impressive coin collection any detectoritist appreciate.

    4 very minty steel pennies.

Found these in the reject slot at the coinstar at work today. They appear to be in mint condition. I can only wonder if who ever tried to cash these in also dumped a ton of silver with them.

    Do you like your F5?

Hey Fisher folks. I been out of the detecting loop for quite awhile but resently have been bite by the bug again. I've used Whites,Tesoro's, minelabs, Garretts, and even bounty hunters but never a fisher. Well I think I might want to try the F5. How do you like yours?

    I like cartoons! Espicially mine.

Useless hobby but it relaxes me. Hope you enjoy it.

I found a tiny silver ring today.

I think I'm finally getting the hang of the XLT. Starting to catch on to her little secrets. The more I use her the more I want to back out and hunt some more! I was hoping a different machine would respark my interest again. And today I actually snagged some goodies with it. I can't remember...

I guess I wanted a XLT for quite awhile...

I was researching my old posts just for the heck of it and came upon this one from the Explorer Forum I posted way back in 2008. I ended up selling the Explorer and got a Tesoro and just traded it a few months ago for... I bet you can guess. Of course I forgot all about this post and I can't...

    Buying a home?

Here's a little advice for those shopping for a new home. Make sure the home you're interested in is MD friendly. Take your metal detector with you and make sure it's compatible with it. My home is so frustrating. I can't play with my detector in my own yard not to metion inside. I can't even...
